The government is presently investing heavily in the Northamptonshire
region, making sure the infrastructure is in place to sustain industry at all
levels. By the year 2010 it aims to make the East Midlands/Northamptonshire region
one of the top 20 regions in Europe. A place where people want to live, work and
invest because of its vibrant economy, its healthy, safe, diverse and inclusive
society and its quality environment. Using our involvement in the The British
Touring Car Championship we shall be promoting the regions economic potential.
The branding of the team, car and transporter with a selection of companies and
government organisations will give a clear economic picture of the region, highlighting
the potential for commercial growth as well as continuing stability. |
